Military Adventure Park, Scarborough Review

September 12, 2012 | Leave a Comment

Military adventure Park is Scarborough’s best adventure park. Here you will find an adventure for the whole family all year round. The attractions allow you to be in charge. Want to go faster? Then crank that tank up! Want to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare for real? Then grab one of our state of the art laser weapons and fall in soldier. This attraction is Modern, interactive and puts you in the hot seat. Best of all our prices are low, from as little as £4 for Lazer battles and only £9.95 for our discount MAP wristband.

Over the holidays keeping the family entertained is a priority and finding places to go with the kids is a must to keep your sanity. Being from Leeds we travel to Scarborough caravan quite regular and we often look for unique fun filled days outs when we are there.

I spent an amazing day with my family here running around like little kids from one activity to another and that was just us Adults!

Military Adventure Park Scarborough Review

Mini Tank Zone

There is so much to choose from at the Military adventure Park in Scarborough. One the kids favourite activities was the Mini Tank Driving Although, I felt rather silly at first getting into a mini tank but once I had mastered the steering  I was off round the bumpy dirt track.

Lazer Zone

Next up was the state of the art laser zone with awesome weapons which can be programmed to behave like any weapon from call of duty and their combat village will allow you to put your skills to the test. This is as real as it gets, forget paintball, there is no mess, no pain and best of all no extra cost. Use the mounted red dot sights and aim for the enemy players in the village, get them in your sights and squeeze the trigger and hear the weapon fire into action. Obliterating your targets lives. Then duck and weave to use the cover to your advantage.

We had fun running around the wooden built assault course ducking and hiding in bases against other children and their parents, my competitive streak really coming out.

Café

After a full hour running in the blazing heat we visited the on-site café for a pit stop where you could grab anything from drinks, snacks to lunch all at reasonable prices.

After re-fueling my boys challenged each other on the inflatable assault course first it was best of 3, then best of 5 then winner verses Mum!

I was up for the challenge and practically threw myself round the course in record time whilst in hysterics.

Zombie Apocalypse

One of the activities on offer didn’t suit all of us but I knew my husband would be up for the challenge and face the ‘Zombie Apocalypse’ where you Save the day by eliminating the zombies in the secret government testing lab and extract the antidote. Armed with an M-16 paintball weapon.

All alone with a marshal in dark rooms with real life zombie actors you have to complete the mission to save the day and keep your cool whilst you are been chased, definitely worth a visit. We loved the Military park so much it had such a friendly, relaxed vibe and the staff were really helpful & knowledgeable, I would love to thank them so much for looking after us so well.

  • The park is free to enter and you simply pay for as much or as little as you want.
  • To get the best value for money  go for the Family Wristband priced at only £44.95 for 2 Adults & 2 Children and any further bands at half price.
  • You can try as many of the activities on offer with these bands for only £1.00 per activity.
So get there early, purchase a family wristband offer and have a fun filled day trying things that you never normally would.
