I had this teddy bead which you squeezed the belly and its nose was a small balloon. When you pressed its belly it inflated (covered by a plastic dome if that makes sense). We had a house fire and the nose slightly punctured so although it inflated, it went down very quickly. I loved that teddy so much my mum washed and washed it to get the smell of smoke out of it and the black mark from its belly. She did a fab job, cos its still going strong 20 odd years later and is now my youngest daughters fav toy ๐Ÿ™‚
