Being a mum blogger from Leeds I am all too aware of the Lego Store in Leeds. Since it opened whenever I head into Leeds City Centre I always find the LEGO Store just of those Places to go with the kids because it’s so much fun. This year the LEGO store celebrated their 1st Birthday and we were luck enough to be invited to join in the fun.
Places to go with kids: LEGO Store, Leeds
Last weekend my son and I were very kindly invited to The Lego store in Leeds to celebrate their 1st Birthday.
It does not seem 2 minutes since this new Lego store, a first for Leeds was opening inside the brand new Trinity Centre.
We were lucky enough to join in the opening celebrations then and now we were returning one year on to wish the Lego store a Big Happy Birthday.
The store was buzzing with excitement, even outside in the mall, children and adults had the chance to create and build with the help of the expert Lego builders, and afterwards children were awarded a special Lego certificate to take home with them. You could even help build a 2m high Lego City Police Officer.
Inside the store, children could take part in a game hunting for Lego figures for a chance to win a special Lego prize. Staff were also on hand to help and assist with any questions from all the little Lego fans. I even got the chance to meet Tom the Lego Mascot and have a cuddle!
To reward their loyal fans, The Lego store had some fantastic offers including:
A limited edition Lego Minifigure box that you could fill up during your next visit, with any purchase of £25 or more.
100 VIP Bonus points for all Lego VIPs with any purchase of £50 or more.
Free exclusive Lego Store set with any purchase of £100 or more.
We had a fantastic day out, and Jake found plenty of Lego sets on his wish list to save his pocket money for.

Sounds like a fab day out, we all love LEGO but our nearest store is an hour away 🙁
Sounds like fun! x
what a fab day out!
I didn’t even realise there was a Lego store in Leeds, I think I’ve only been in the Trinity centre two or three times. May have to be brave and take a look next time I’m in town.
Sounds great – wish we had a lego store nearer to us!
This looks so much fun:)
Looked like a great day out! My little girl loves Lego and even more so now that they’ve brought out a range of Lego Princess.
I used to love lego as a kid, I can’t believe they now have whole stores devoted to them. Great way to get kids off a tablet, xbox or laptop and get them interested in lego.
Lovely photos, my son loves our local lego store and could spend the day there.
My four kids all play with the huge chest full of Lego my nanny bought me when I was four! 30 years on and the Lego is as good as ever, my kids love it! Sadly our nearest Lego store is a good couple of hours away from us, but the next time I go to Milton Keynes I am definitely going to have a browse, Lego is awesome! 🙂 Looks like you had a lot of fun! 🙂
All my kids would have love to have gone as the are all lovers of Lego! I wished I’d known as I would have taken them! Tellme a person – any age who doesn’t like Lego!? I don’t know any! Shared thanks x
Who doesn’t love lego. My grandsons like to build there own lego men whenever we pop into the lego store in metrocentre
