Itty bittys plush toy Review

September 27, 2015 | 17 Comments

Itty bittys are about to launch in our stores in the UK and Ireland this October and I personally could not be more excited!

These are already a massive hit in the US and Australia, and are sure to melt our hearts when they are released here at the beginning of October. They have a great range of characters from comic books, films and iconic tv shows, that both children and adults will know and love.

Itty Bittys 2

Itty Bittys are the perfect collector’s item and I am sure you will agree they appeal to all ages. Here is my little Wonder Woman Itty Bitty, she has become my new blogging mascot!

wonder woman

The first ranges of  Itty Bittys to be released in the UK are Super Heroes, Snoopy and Charlie Brown, Scooby Doo and The Wizard of Oz. One of the first Itty Bitty characters to go on sale will be Batman, which is currently the top selling Itty Bitty in the US.

In the US and Australia, Itty Bittys have been hugely popular over the last two years with plenty of family cartoon and TV favourites Including Disney Princess and Star Wars, which of course is my personal favourite!

We were kindly sent five of these little plush toys to review and we could not be more impressed with the quality, cuteness and how vibrant and bright the colours are.

Look what I received to cast my eye over:

DC Comics

Every comic book fan knows super heroes are even more powerful when they’re together. Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman will create the ultimate crime-fighting team within your itty bittys collection.

Snoopy and Charlie Brown

Here just in time for their big screen movie debut in November this year, ready to join your itty bitty collection.

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer – Santa

Grab Santa and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Limited editions just for Christmas, making them extra magical and collectable.

You can even download a checklist for the ones already released and upcoming Itty Bittys for the US and Australia, I have included the links for the checklists below:

 How it all began

“I think, for the most part, people who design products for kids would agree that we’re all still just kids inside. We still like to play.”
—Adan Chung

The creation of itty bittys all started with a doodle during a brainstorm. Illustrator Adan Chung sketched a quick interpretation of what popular characters could look like if they were just a wee bit “itty bittier.” Soon, Adan’s simple-but-fresh portrayal of popular licensed characters inspired an entire collection that continues to grow.

Get ready for the Itty bittys to dominate our children’s christmas lists this year. These cute little pocket money priced Plush toys will be available from early October from Hallmark Stores and Online. Their small, four inch stature makes them a perfect stocking filler for Christmas.

*Thanks to Hallmark for sending me a selection of Itty Bittys to Review*
