The Ugglys: The Gross Electronic Pup-Pet

Review

Belcher could be your child’s gross best friend!

Grrrrrr, Belcher the Dalmatian could well be your child’s new but gross best friend! I hope that you will like the Uggly Dalmatian just as much as your children will because he is such a friendly looking fellow, don’t you think?

Bring Belcher the Uggly to life!

Your children simply place their hand inside of Belcher the Dalmatian to be able to move this Uggly pup’s mouth. Once Belcher opens his mouth to my surprise you don’t hear a loud doggy bark, oh no not at all, you do not hear the dog whimper or pant; I do not suppose that would be fun and grotesque now would it.

What he does do is wait for it! BURP extremely loud, it’s every child’s dream pet, well certainly in our family.

Does the Uggly pup Dalmatian only make one sound?

The Dalmatian pup makes a whopping 30 extremely gross sounds, the Uggly includes a pitch-changing collar to help your child make the burps and sounds even worse.

Does the Uggly Dalmatian do anything else?

Oh, Yes! The uggly pulls some awesome faces and can be scrunched up, by squeezing and teasing your hand inside the face of the new best friend. (I love this toy; it helps make me a little more annoying ha!)

Jakes Thoughts

My son Jake had some cheeky fun with our new friend, sneaking behind his older brother and Dad making them jump out of their skin with loud burping sounds coming from Belcher.

Jake said, “I love my new Ugglys, I had one of these on my Christmas list and now I don’t have to wait. I love all the sounds he makes and the fact I can annoy my brother when he is talking to his friends online with loud fart and burping noises!”

My Prediction

I can definitely see The Ugglys providing lots of laughs and fun for a long time to come! I also predict plenty of boys and girls will have this on their Christmas lists this year.

Price & Requirements

At first glance I thought the price of  £29.99 was on the little high side, but after playing with this toy I realised just how high quality it was. The rubbery outer is easy to wipe clean and made from high quality thick material.

Each Ugglys comes with an Ugg-doption certificate

The Ugglys Gross Best Friend requires 3 AAA batteries which were included.

Suitable for ages 5+
