WoW Toys Flip ‘n’ Tip Fred Review & Competition

April 19, 2013 | 4 Comments

Wow Toys Flip ‘n’ Tip Fred

Flip ‘n’ tip Fred is a colourful and cheerful looking recycling truck. He is a push along toy with a handle making him really easy to use and perfect for smaller hands.
He has chunky leavers which are easily gripped to operate the scoop and collect the bins.Once the bins are collected they can be flipped into the back of the truck or tipped into the top, this developing hand and eye coordination. The bins can then be released through a slide up door.
My two year old loved that there are two small figures, one male and one female. He loves swapping them over so that each have their turn in the drivers seat or on the top looking out.
Luke enjoying playing with his Flip ‘n’ Tip Fred
As this toy is aimed at toddlers and preschoolers it seems very robust. It has been dropped a few times and dragged around the house but it hasn’t been affected at all.
Flip ‘n’ tip Fred is perfect for individual and imaginative play or for interactive or role play with siblings or friends.
My son has found the instruction booklet which shows the many other characters available in this range and has already started selecting which ones he would like to add to his now starting collection.
I can’t really think of any bad points other than if you are looking for a toy which lights up and has sound effects, this isn’t the toy for you, but im sure most parents will agree when I say “its nice to have five minutes peace”.
