Give a Bear a Home Competition

January 23, 2014 | 144 Comments

Can you give a bear a home?

give-a-bear-a-home

Well here is your chance to win this Bear!!!!!!

Bear doesn’t have a name and he has a temporary home (living with us here at u me and the kids). However the Bear requires a long term home and people who are going to love him as much as possible.

Soooooo we have decided to help the bear move home to a new family or bear lover, who has lots of love hugs and kisses to give the Bear all year through.

The Bears story

We love Bears at umeandthekids, however we have no room for the bear to stay long term (Although we do have the love to give Bear whilst we wait for his new owner).

I think Bear deserves very a loving family or owner with big hearts and lots of laughter and love for Bear to enjoy and join in on your life.

Now I have lots of Bears that are going to need a new home this year and all I need to do is pick their new owner.

I would love to see the winner of the competition looking after their new bear and maybe even stop by and update umeandthekids on how Bear is doing with pictures and letters.

However I am sure we all know someone who deserves to win this Bear so all you have to do is enter via this rafflecopter entry below. Really easy rafflecopter entry options below.

Closing Date for Bear is 5th February 2014…. Good Luck to all you Bear lovers out there.

    Look for the bare necessities
    The simple bare necessities
Forget about your worries and your strife
    I mean the bare necessities
    Old Mother Nature’s recipes
That brings the bare necessities of life

Wherever I wander, wherever I roam
I couldn’t be fonder of my big home
The bees are buzzin’ in the tree
To make some honey just for me
When you look under the rocks and plants
And take a glance at the fancy ants
    Then maybe try a few

The bare necessities of life will come to you
    They’ll come to you!

Famous bears…hard to choose between Paddington and Winnie the Pooh.
My own bears…equally hard to choose between Wee Ted, who I’ve had since I was born and who still manages a growl now and then and Big Ted, who I used to cuddle up to at night, even though he took up more of the bed than I did!
