Nandos The White Rose Centre Review

August 27, 2012 | 2 Comments

We went for a family meal at Nando’s White Rose restaurant which we most certainly enjoyed. Find out what to expect on the Menu, how the staff treat you and what we feel the value for money is in our family review. Now my boys can eat that is for sure! they like most males love their food.

It’s funny just how much we enjoy spending time together as a family, but they can become a little ratty when they are shopping and become hungry.

Nando’s at the White Rose is one of the better options for a family to be seated and enjoy a great fulfilling meal. Situated in the food court area slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of shopping and huddled away into a cosy environment.

If you know the White rose centre food court area, you normally have to sit in the centre of the food court if you choose to eat at the fast food outlets. White arrived at Nando’s White Rose and we were seated straight away and shown to our table by the waitress.

This was our first visit to Nando’s and they explained the whole process of choosing from the menu, ordering our food and making payment. Personally, I prefer to know these things at the earliest opportunity so I can advise my family suitably because I can guarantee they will not be listening.

Nandos White Rose Restaurant Review

Nando’s has a quite unusual style of ordering as you choose from the menu then order and make payment at the till before you eat. After payment you serve yourself at the drinks point and head back to your table to wait for your food to arrive.

As a vegetarian I always struggle to find a varied range of options that are not only tasty but healthy too. I personally order the veggie pitta with chips and coleslaw. This was quite a tasty dish.

My husband ordered a double chicken burger with a side of chips and cheese on his burger, my teenage son ordered the same just with a single chicken breast.

My youngest son had a kid’s burger which is actually the same size as an adult burger just with a smaller side order and the best bit bottomless frozen yogurt and a refillable soft drink.

The kid’s meals are an incredible £4.25 each which for what you get is an absolutely fantastic bargain and would be a great choice to take children for Birthdays after a party at Build a Bear down stairs in the shopping Mall.

All the meals arrived quickly and looked very appealing and tasted even better than they looked.

Mine was honestly one of the tastiest meals I had eaten in a long time just the right amount of spice as I was a little worried that everything would arrive super-hot and I am afraid I’m a wimp where spice is concerned, just So much taste oozing from a succulent pitta. For desserts we sampled the chock-a-lot cake, White choc Raspberry swirl and the famous Bottomless frozen yogurt.

All plates were left completely empty and our tummy’s very full and happy that we had enjoyed such a laid back carefree afternoon with great food and fantastic service.

After eating this meal we will most definitely be using Nando’s White Rose Restaurant again.

(We were sent to test the facilities Nando’s White Rose for the purpose of this review. All thoughts and opinions are of my own)

I really must go back to Nando’s, we should take it in turn in this house and each person pick where to eat next.
