To Celebrate Sylvanian Families 30th Birthday on Friday 20th March, the lovely people at Sylvanian have kindly collaborated with u,me and the kids to offer our readers the chance to win an adorable Sylvanian Families Bear Family Set.

- Patrick is the new Major of Sylvanian Village and also the headteacher of the Sylvanian Village School.He knows a lot about the stars and takes his pupils to the observatory to look at the night sky and learn about Constellations.
- Margaret runs the village doughnut shop. When Children come in, she greets them with a smile and gives them a freshly made doughnut.
- Piers has a massive appetite and is always saying “I’m hungry” I know a few boys that are like that!
- Andromeda is good at listening to her friends and helping them agree on things, she also can be relied upon to have a good selection of sweets on her.

Our friends at Sylvanian are going on all sorts of Adventures to celebrate this very special Birthday.Starting this Easter the Sylvanian gang are going on a very special Road show to Hamleys stores across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

I love the grey cat family! This takes me back to being a child myself – I loved Sylvanian Families and had a whole collection, including the school house and other buildings. My mum was saying they’d be great to have given to my nieces who’ve just moved in with her, but unfortunately we gave them away to other young family members over the years since I was young. Winning these would be a great little gift to get them started on building their own Sylvanian Family collection! 🙂
