Choc Nibbles – Give-away #secretnibble

March 25, 2015 | 57 Comments

When I was younger, everyday after School I would stop by at my local newsagents to get a quarter of sweets for the walk home. I have fond memories of eating my favourite sweets chocolate raisins and Choc Nibbles.

choc nibbles

Choc Nibbles are a delicious range of chocolatey treats, only available in original flavour when I was a child. We are now being spoilt as they are six yummy flavours and choc lick – a scrummy chocolate powder that is great to lick, top deserts and a special treat to add to hot milk.

The kids had fun trying out all the flavours trying to work out which was their personal favourite, my husband had the most fun reminiscing about his childhood.

My favourite had to be the Posh Choc Nibbles,  A new classy combination of chocolate, caramel, biscuit and nuts smothered in thick milk chocolate, irresistible and far too Moorish – you have been warned!

We played a great game seeing if we could guess the flavours of the Choc Nibbles, It was harder than we expected but lots of fun!

I used to buy 15p tuck bags from our local newsagents on the way to school! I’d choose penny sweets like white mice, cola bottles, flying saucers chocolate cupes etc!

I love chocolate nibbles but I’m finding it harder and harder to get hold of them. It’s nearly an hours walk to the sweet shop that sells them. I hoping to be able to buy the pre bagged ones in local shops soon.

Hard shelled chocolate peanuts they had like a candy coating and then chocolate and then the nut like m&M’s but nicer and you got them from the 20p machine – you put 20p in and then turned the knob and they came down the shoot underneath – I loved them but god they were probably really unhygienic lol
