Bonfire Night in the UK is celebrated each and every year. Why not keep your kids amused at your Bonfire party this year with our totally free Bonfire Night Firework printable for kids that they will love.
The 5th November in Great Britain we celebrate Bonfire Night which is also known as Guy Fawkes night. Its history begins with the events of 5 November 1605, when Guy Fawkes, a member of the Gunpowder Plot, was arrested while guarding explosives the plotters had placed beneath the House of Lords.
Bonfire Night in the UK
As an annual event, children and adults in Great Britain celebrate bonfire night by attending organised firework displays, holding firework parties and eating traditional foods such as Bonfire toffee apples, treacle toffee and Parkin. As a tradition we often build bonfires using old wood and make a Guy Fawkes, using old clothes to dress our scarecrow like figure which we place on top of the bonfire to be lit during the firework display.
