My New years resolutions!
The list that I really want to achieve in 2014.
So the new year is upon us and I thought I would share some of my personal expectations and goals that I have set for myself this year.
I have been wanting to do some of these things mentioned for a while and I thought why not make a new years list to help set my goals out to help me achieve them.
So lets begin with my top 10 New years resolutions.
Number 1. Exercise with realistic goals knowing I won’t get a six pack in a few weeks by just going to the gym. I may need to incorporate a healthier diet to ensure that I get to my own personal ultimate goals.
Number 2. Ditch the Chocolate buttons this is going to be difficult but I know I can do it. I love chocolate so much and to be honest the with the amount I consume I don’t know how I keep the weight off but I really want to stop the snacking and get healthier meals inside me to give me more energy.
Number 3. Aim to get the children of their computer screens and get them more active. This is very important to me because the older they get the more they want to go play their computer games, I don’t want them to stop altogether just cut back a bit.
Number 4. Quality time with my husband doing nice things together throughout the year, we have always done nice things but don’t seem to have done as much in 2013. I think it’s to to revamp the relationship and start doing things we enjoy together as a couple again.
Number 5. More me time by reading a new book enabling me to relax more. I would love to take a bath and lay there and read the fifty shades of grey trilogy, I have them I just have not had the time to do this yet.
Number 6. Take a course or learn something new, I would love to learn a new course or learn more about photography. I don’t know I am open to ideas on this but I have already started to take a little look into some subjects and interests I would love to be able to achieve so I will keep you posted.
Number 7. Learn a new work everyday, this may sound strange but reinforcing education is something the drives me and why not learn a new word I mean there are so many of them.
Number 8. Encourage my husband to cook more, clean more and generally help out. I have already started on this one see my husbands reward chart. One simple way to get your man/partner on track click here.
Number 9. Start saving and buying for next christmas earlier than I did this year. I must say this was the first year I have felt less prepared although I pulled it off in the end.
Number 10. Recycle more I already use the green bin however but I think re use the recycle bags I buy from the supermarket and then leave them in the car.
Well thats it my top 10 New Years Resolutions of 2014, Hopefully this may have triggered some ideas you could also take on board and use for yourself. I would love to hear what your New Years resolutions are or see any posts that you may have written in relation to these.

I’m just making one New Year’s resolution and I’m determined to stick to it – It is to walk more and leave the car at home which means more exercise for me and my little ones and less money spent on petrol so more treats for my little ones 🙂
