Reflexology by Helen Alred
I was looking forward to my Reflexology treatment that had been organised for me by my daughter. I was slightly apprehensive as this was going to be the first time I’d had a Reflexology Treatment and was unsure what was going to happen.
Helen arrived at my home and was extremely friendly and professional with a lovely calming manner, she explained what would happen during the treatment and the benefits that I would hopefully gain from Reflexology.
Before we started the treatment I was asked some general medical questions and also what areas I would like to focus on.I was really struggling to sleep on a night due to the menopause and really wanted to improve this if at all possible.
During the treatment with Helen’s expertise she was able to pick up on problems that I was having ie a neck issue that I have lived with for as long as I can remember.
When Helen was pressing and working on a certain part of my foot it felt slightly sensitive and this was the area on my foot that connected to my neck area.
It was absolutely fascinating to hear Helen explain what areas connected to different parts of the body and was spot on and accurate with everything she was saying as it all matched up to problems I was having.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and felt utterly relaxed and very sleepy for the first time in as long as I can remember, as well as giving me a good nights sleep it was a luxury treatment that I would love to repeat and will be recommending Reflexology with Helen to my friends.
I would like to say a big Thankyou to Helen for this Treatment

Reflexology I have found is a wonderful treatment. It truly is relaxing. As you call it a treatment, and we have Health Centres :- Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we had these treatments available via Health Centre/s. Maybe health could be improved, drug costs reduced etc? Could be researched? :- Hopefully the NHS (National Health Service) will give that some consideration. As I believe some complementary therapies are available within hospices and Care Homes.
