It’s no secret since turning 40 and having my third child, lack of sleep and just general age and wear and tear has taken its toll on my body and the way I view myself.
I started researching ways I could improve the way I look, how i could look more youthful and have more energy.
I decided to venture into research using myself as the guinea pig to try new beauty treatments, cosmetic surgery, vitamins and nutrients to work from inside out and fitness plans.
My quest for a more youthful appearance
As a gift to myself for turning 40 I paid to have my breasts enlarged from a A Cup to a F cup with a 450cc implant. I had always wanted a more ample bosom, breast-feeding three children had taken its toll on my breasts leaving them small and in need of some attention. what better way to mark my 40th than changing something that I had always lacked in confidence with.
At the moment I have just had a hair replacement system and Tape extensions due to hair thinning which is very common in ladies. Mine was caused by a condition called trichotillomania that I have suffered with since I was a teen. This resulted in me having a bald patch of hair on my head which unfortunately had not grown back, you need to see these results!
To get my skin glowing I’ve recently been treated to a Million dollar facial treatment and wow did I feel glowing after I can’t wait to show you the results.
To get rid of deep surface lines and crows feet I took the plunge and had Botox on these areas the full results and review are to follow.
To add to the youthful appearance with age my already slim lips had started to loose there natural edge and plumpness so 1 ml of filler was added.
I am trying a whole heap of vitamins to help with hair and nail growth, and to work on my beauty from within and to help me feel more alert, energetic and healthy. I am taking green coffee capsules that are unbelievable at curbing my appetite which obviously helps with the weight loss I was struggling to lose 16 months on after having my daughter.
I have so many more treatments, lotions and potions in the pipeline and I am so excited to document my results with photographs showing me looking not very glam so you can see for yourself the results.
The research I am undertaking and the experts in the fields I am speaking to are giving me such knowledge of what actually works and what doesn’t. of course, trying them for myself I can tell everyone if they work the pros and cons and if they really do hurt!
I hope you follow me on my journey as I think pole dancing, hoop classes and plasma are next….wish me luck!
