Tesco clubcard Boost 2015 for a stress free Summer

June 9, 2015 | 85 Comments

Summer is fast approaching and it’s time to get your family outdoors for longer periods of time. This however can sometimes be a stressful thought keeping everyone entertained is not an easy task for us parents…

Here are my top tips for keeping the family entertained and how you can make your summer purchases go a little further saving you money with latest Summer Tesco clubcard boost in 2015!

This year, like pretty much every other school holiday it’s time to get your family outdoors and experiencing some real fun! The problem is your ideas and money can dry up pretty damn fast if you’re not careful! I have compiled a list of summer purchases purchased from Tesco, which are all available on the Summer Tesco clubcard boost keeping everyone happy throughout the summer months.

You may remember that I already spoke about how the wonderful Tesco Clubcard Boost scheme in 2014 helped us as a family last year! This had a massive response, which shows how helpful we parents find the scheme as part of our yearly Money saving tips.

So, you and your family are looking for some excellent things to do throughout the summer months? I can tell you, I won’t be spending any time cooped up indoors when the sun (hopefully) is beaming down in the UK.

I generally plan ahead, sometimes these plans have to be changed due to money constraints and often time restrictions.

I love to make my very own creative ideas up that make the kids happy, feel content and best of all tired at the end of the day! I do this so I get a little down time in between the evening and ever eventful mornings!

How the Tesco Clubcard Boost works!

With the Tesco Clubcard Boost you can simply walk into your local Tesco store and for every £5 worth of Clubcard vouchers you have already collected, you will receive a boost. You £5 voucher will become a £10 voucher which you can spend on selected departments until 28th June 2015. Meaning we get more for our money this summer! The voucher will only double in value if you spend the voucher in the selected departments on specific products only.

Simply Look out for the Tesco Clubcard Boost icon to find out which products are included in Clubcard Boost scheme at Tesco. I was pleased to see it covers lots of departments perfect for the summer months Including :

  • Travel & Camping.
  • Gardens and BBQ’s.
  • Outdoor Toys.
  • Sports & Leisure.

If you would like to know how the club card boost scheme works in even more detail it can be found can be found here on the Tesco Website.

Summer Boost Survival Kit to Combat Stress…

Every year when the sun comes out both my sons choose to stay indoors on their PC’s and Gaming consoles, it’s a teen thing! Getting them to leave the house and do things as a family can be a real challenge, unless it is to attend a gaming event that is!

I long for the days when they were little and they willingly came out into the garden to play with garden toys and splashing in the paddling pool. Albeit, I can’t imagine my teens playing in a paddle pool any longer, they would be a little too big these days.

This year things will change! Armed with my summer boost survival kit, I will entice my teenage sons into spending some lovely family days out together.

Tesco Clubcard Scheme 2015

Summer Boost survival kit

My personalised summer Boost survival kit contains the key pieces I will need for a family picnic in style. The stunt scooter is a great way to get the kids exercising and having fun in the great outdoors, rather than them being stuck in there bedrooms.

Tesco Clubcard Boost Summer 2015

All of the items below are included in the Tesco Clubcard scheme 2015.

  • Zinc Frenzy Pro Scooter £59.00

This orange and black design stunt scooter has a 360° rotating, anti-slip footplate that provides great stability at all times and alloy core wheels with high bounce PU tyres. My youngest son had this unpacked and was outside playing, actually playing for once getting some air into his lungs!

  • Tesco Folding Camping Picnic Table & Chairs £25.00

This convenient folding Picnic table will be fantastic for family picnics together, camping and having the family over for a BBQ. I have always wanted one of these tables as they fold away so easily and take such little space to store and make a perfect table for any 5 star picnics!

  • Nautical Tableware From £1.50

This high-quality melamine tableware is perfect picnic ware to place all of our yummy picnic food on. As you can purchase each piece individually it is ideal for small or large families.

  • Family Fleece Picnic Blanket – Turquoise £8.00

This fleece rug is perfect for picnics, camping trips, festivals or days out at the beach. Complete with Velcro ties and a carrying handle, the rug rolls up compactly for easy transportation and storage. I love the fact you can wipe this clean so it doesn’t ruin for the next picnic!
