I am a huge fan of a jacket potato at lunchtime, although I don’t always have time to cook one from scratch in the oven that’s all fluffy inside with a delicious, well-cooked skin. Microwaving from raw is my only option but for me just not good enough, well, that was until McCain worked there magic and came up with their microwavable jacket potatoes.
They are pre-baked in the oven before being frozen, providing a delicious oven baked taste in just five minutes in the microwave.
