Tesco Clubcard Boost Christmas 2014 & Giveaway

November 3, 2014 | 198 Comments

Christmas time for most families is one expense we could do without! Every little saving for your family helps, so why not give Tesco Clubcard Boost in 2014 a try this year.

The yearly promotion at Tesco is back and live right now in 2014, with more departments to choose from both instore and online than ever before. The Tescos Christmas scheme allowsย you to exchange your Clubcard points (minimum ยฃ5) for double the value in vouchers.

Simple Example: ยฃ5 worth of Clubcard points becomes ยฃ10 worth (Itโ€™s that simple).

Tescoโ€™s have ten different departments taking part in the Tesco Clubcard boost scheme this year, giving you and your families more choice to spend their Clubcard rewards on in 2014.

Tesco Clubcard Boost 10 Departments

Take a look below, which departments you can use the Tesco’s Clubcard boost with this year.

  1. Hudl2 and Hudl2 accessories
  2. Toys and bikes
  3. Christmas trees, lights and decorations
  4. Gaming
  5. Clothing
  6. Health and beauty Gift sets
  7. Electricals
  8. Cook, dine and home
  9. Phones and accessories
  10. Opticians

Personally, I save my Tesco Clubcard points all year round, eagerly awaiting to exchange during the amazing Tesco Christmas promotion. The only hard part is deciding which department to spend my vouchers in. This year, itโ€™s going to be much harder because there are lots more exciting departments to choose from. My families Christmas listโ€™s have been compiled and itโ€™s time for me to start my Christmas shopping. I will be able to save a little extra cash thanks to the Tesco Clubcard boost scheme.

My Christmas Tesco Clubcard Boost Gifts

The first gift I wanted to get was for my little Niece. As a mum of two boys, I always struggle when it comes to shopping for girls. I exchanged ยฃ10 in points and chose to boost them for ยฃ20 to spend on toys and bikes. On the day I exchanged them Tesco was having a half price Toy sale, so I was over the moon to find the following item:

tesco clubcard boost - belle's enchanted tea party

  • Disney Princess Belles Enchanted Tea Party Doll
  • Originally cost ยฃ40 and is currently half price at only ยฃ20.

Next on my list was some stocking fillers for my teenage son, always the hardest person on my Christmas list to shop for! I exchanged ยฃ20 in points and received ยฃ40 to spend in the gaming department, where I choose the following item:

tesco clubcard boost xbox one headset

  • Xbox One Stereo headset
  • Originally cost ยฃ58.00 and currently is reduced to ยฃ39.00, so I received an extra saving of ยฃ19.99 Result!

I was extremely happy with what I managed to get so far for Christmas this year with the Tesco Clubcard boost. I have doubled my Clubcard points for a whopping ยฃ98.00 worth of gifts in exchange for only ยฃ30.00 worth of points that I earned from my doing my family grocery shopping at Tesco, so the gifts I have chosen have been for free.

The ย Christmas Tesco ClubCard Boost ends on December 14th 2014. I would love to hear what savings you have made this year!

How do you fancy winning 500 Tesco Clubcard points worth up to ยฃ20.00? Enter our simple Rafflecopter competition for the chance to be the lucky winner.

Oh Kim! I am so pleased for you. It’s great to hear when others get great rewards. As parents running busy families I think Tescos have actually done really well, allowing us to double up our club card points.
